UK Parliament inquiry
UK parliament launched an inquiry into Menopause in the workplace back in 2019.
Working alongside BUPA and CIPD they uncovered the huge number of women who have been negatively affected by the menopause. A staggering 900,000 women in the UK alone left a job, during this period of their life sighting menopause symptoms as the main reason for leave.
